Apply now for the Child Trust Fund
Thank you for choosing to apply. To apply just follow these easy steps:
- Before you apply, it's important that you read the Simplified Prospectus (PDF, opens in new window)
- Download the Child Trust Fund Application Form.
- Make sure you remember to sign and date it correctly
- Once it's completed, post the completed application with the CTF voucher to Scottish Friendly Assurance, Freepost, Glasgow, G2 4BR
