Our experienced product development team cover the breadth of investment contracts from the simplicity of a Child Trust Fund to the sophistication of a Self Invested Personal Pension. The combination of our team and state of the art IT platform allows us to bring products to market at a fraction of the cost and time that it would have taken in the past.
Our flexibility also enables Scottish Friendly and our partners to benefit from the ability to launch multiple and bespoke versions of products in much the same time as it would take to launch a single product. In our experience the time from high level decision through design and build to launch is less than 3 months.

As a result of our approach to administration and product development we have one of the lowest administration costs per policy in the industry, with a record of excellent service according to the ABI Customer Impact annual survey. We believe that our experience demonstrates that excellence and efficiency in customer service are not mutually exclusive.
Flexible marketing support
Additionally the Scottish Friendly Group includes a highly successful and sophisticated marketing operation, producing over 60 million items of literature each year. This also enables the group to work closely with partners on anything from a "white label" basis to a full dual branded marketing campaign including marketing literature, production, database analysis and results reporting and analysis.
