- Download the Scottish Bond application form. This interactive application form can be completed by typing directly into the boxes, so there's no need to fill it all out by hand
- Print the application form, then sign and date it correctly
- Post your completed application to Scottish Friendly Assurance, Freepost, Glasgow, G2 4BR
