Terms & conditions

• The prize draw is only open to those who have received competition entry details from Scottish Friendly and this will be included in your welcome pack.
• Note there is no additional cost on these products in respect of this prize draw.
• Only customers who are aged 15 years or over and resident in UK are eligible for this prize draw.
• Employees of Scottish Friendly and their affiliates, dealers, distributors and other retail staff; any of the family members of the above entities are not eligible.
• You will automatically be entered into the prize draw if you complete the short questionnaire within 30 days of receiving the welcome pack for your investment or life assurance plan.
• No entries will be accepted after this date.
• Entry is limited to one entry per person, household and email address.
• All entries not received by Scottish Friendly within 30 days of receipt of your welcome pack or which are incomplete or illegible or defaced or damaged (as determined by Scottish Friendly in their absolute discretion) will be void.
• The Prize Draw will be made on the seventh working day at the start of each month.
• The winner will be randomly selected from qualifying entries who have correctly completed the questionnaire.
• The winner will be notified within 28 days of the prize draw being made.
• A £50 MyRewards gift card will be awarded to the winners of the prize draw. There will be two winners per month.
• Prizes will be delivered to the winner and runners-up within 6 weeks after the prizes have been won (as determined by Scottish Friendly in their absolute discretion).
• Scottish Friendly reserves the right to replace the prize with one of similar value should the prize be unavailable for any reason.
• There is no cash or credit alternative available to prizes.
• Scottish Friendly reserves the right to publicise the name and area of residence of the winner with their express consent.

Scottish Friendly assume no responsibility and are not liable for the loss or late receipt through the post of any questionnaire or postcard entry, notification or other communication or through a temporary technical problem with the prize draw webpage. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery. No correspondence will be entered into.

The Scottish Friendly decision is final in all matters.
