At Scottish Friendly the opportunities to progress are fantastic and I’m lucky to have benefitted from this. My experience across different departments has given me insight into various aspects of the organisation which I find really useful in my current role."
Kate is currently our Product Coordinator, within our Product & Partnerships Department. However her career with Scottish Friendly began in 2017 in the role of Contact Centre Administrator. Kate has progressed through the business to Trainer then Assistant Manager and onto Manager before moving department to her current role.

We make continued efforts on Scottish Friendly being a great place to work. Our participation in the externally accredited WorkL Survey helps us to measure the success of this and results have been encouraging. Within one year of taking part, we managed to secure a place within the top 115. This recognition is not just an award—it’s a testament to the culture we’ve built together.
