Our contact centre is open from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday. If you are able to contact us via our online contact form then please do. Your enquiry will receive exactly the same level of service as if you had called in and we will get back to you as soon as we can. This leaves our phone lines open for those customers unable to access the web.
If you're changing your name, you'll need to write to us enclosing a copy of the relevant information (e.g. a marriage certificate) at the address above.
