Chae Strathie on the Scottish Friendly Children’s Book Tour
This June the Scottish Friendly Children’s Book Tour will be travelling to the (relatively) burning hot beaches of Brighton and Hove with award-winning Scottish picture book author Chae Strathie. We will be visiting ten schools for a week of fantastic events for primary school pupils as well as doing a one off event at the wonderful Book Nook for families on Thursday 19 June.
Over the course of the week Chae will be performing songs, reading stories and delving into the unimaginable depths of his infamous Story Hat with over 1,200 children
During the tour we will bring you all the tales from the road with plenty of pictures, videos and blogs from Chae. In the meantime you can have a look at our author facts, book recommendations and activities or enter our competition for the chance to win a signed and dedicated copy of Jumblebum, Chae’s award winning picture book, for your child.
