Meet Aaron
Customer Service
Working in Customer Services at Scottish Friendly has been a fantastic experience. Every day brings something new, and I’ve learned so much about supporting customers and solving problems effectively.
Aaron works in Scottish Friendly’s Customer Services team, where he is responsible for supporting customers with their queries and ensuring they receive clear, helpful information about our products and services.
His role involves handling a wide range of requests, from account management to policy updates, while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism. Aaron also collaborates with other departments to resolve more complex issues, making sure every customer feels valued and supported.
Beyond our apprenticeship programme
Beyond apprenticeships, our HR team regularly engages with High Schools including Bannerman High through career days, CV writing workshops, and employability support, helping students gain the skills and confidence they need to succeed. It’s all part of our commitment to investing in the next generation and strengthening our local community.
