4. Your rights
Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal information including the right to receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, that inaccurate personal information is corrected, that your personal information be deleted, processing restricted, a copy of your information be provided in a format that allows for easy transfer and the right to make a complaint at any time to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK supervisory authority for data protection issues (www.ico.org.uk).
In cases where we are processing your personal information on the basis of our legitimate interest, you can ask us to stop for reasons connected to your individual situation. We will do so unless we have a legitimate overriding reason to continue to process your personal information.
If you have asked us to send you our newsletter and no longer wish to receive these we will need to add you to our ‘suppression’ list of people who do not want to hear from us again in order that we can fulfil your request.
