Managing your investments with My Plans

As a Scottish Friendly customer, we’re sure you like to quickly check up on your investments with us every now and again. 

That's why we created My Plans, to help our members manage their investments. Whether you’ve just taken out one of our My ISA range or have held a Scottish Friendly investment or policy for a number of years, register now and you can go online to see current valuations and even update your personal details if needed.

What can I do on My Plans?

With My Plans you’ll be able to view your Scottish Friendly investment plans and current valuations. You'll also be able to change your contact details should you move house or need to update your email address.

And, if you’ve taken out a policy within a My ISA or My Junior ISA, you can;

  • Manage your monthly payments
  • Add a new lump sum payment
  • View your transaction history
  • Switch funds
  • Make withdrawals
  • Add more policies within your Scottish Friendly ISA or Junior ISA

By registering for My Plans, you have the convenience of being able to manage your investments quickly and safely, when it suits you. Remember, if you register and choose to go paperless, you'll receive a My Benefits card.

How do I get the mobile app?

Our mobile app lets you check-in on your investments on the go, or update your details whenever it suits you.

To start using the app, you'll need to first register for My Plans online

Our My Plans app is available for both iOS and Andriod users. Just jump into the App Store or Google Play

Add a policy to your ISA or Junior ISA

Our ISA and Junior ISA have a special feature - you can split the investment into as many policies as you like to help keep track of your financial goals.
