Members right to contact your Senior Independent Director

The Senior Independent Director is a Scottish Friendly Board member who is not a member of the Executive or the Chairman.

If you are a member of Scottish Friendly and have a concern which you feel has not been adequately resolved by us, you may request that your concerns are put before the Senior Independent Director of Scottish Friendly. Upon receipt of your request your concern will be placed before the Senior Independent Director who will respond to your case.
