Important Customer Update - Annuity Payments
Scottish Friendly has recently changed the system it uses to make annuity payments. Unfortunately, things haven`t gone as seamlessly as planned and, as a result, some customer payments weren’t paid correctly.
We understand how frustrating this will be and we’re extremely sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused you. We’ve been working tirelessly to resolve this problem and get everything back to normal for your next scheduled annuity payment.
